The club's instructors are Colin McLaren (5th Dan) and Alan Hepburn (4th Dan). Colin and Alan are both experienced international competitors, karate instructors, Kumite (sparring) coaches for the Scottish Traditional Karate Federation (STKF), and fully qualified referees.
Our club has been running for nearly 30 years. Through its association to the Scottish Traditional Karate Federation (STKF), it has the support of a hierarchy of organisations from national through to world level.
